Although he had another commitment and busy schedule, but he took the time to engage with us personally, sharing insights into his creative process and demonstrating a genuine dedication to what he’s doing. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. It's very clear that Eric's love for his craft extends beyond the kitchen, as he goes above and beyond to ensure that his continuous research and development is well reflected in his creation.

I went there to buy fine chocolate as a gift. The owner enthusiastically gave me an ample amount of each flavor to taste, even those that weren't available to buy at that moment. He also explained a bit about how the chocolate is made, and what distinguishes each type of chocolate. It was clear he's knowledgeable of his craft. As for the chocolate itself, it was delicious! You can clearly feel the secondary ingredients that give each type of chocolate its unique flavor, but not to an overwhelming degree. This place rocks.. it's almost two chocolate makers in one store, next to Venezuelan food, in Aeronaut Brewing, but stick with me here.. the Prophesy Chocolate is awesome, and made from scratch by roasting raw nibs and mixing flavors. Fair price big squares of both white and dark varieties, with some complex flavors.
