Thanksgiving Day Savior
I try my hardest not to shop on Thanksgiving and had prepared a day ahead of time the two dishes I was responsible for this year.
At 10:00am on Thanksgiving Day I realized I had forgotten I was also in charge of a winter salad. I rushed to two different grocery stores that were both closed for the holiday.
As a last ditch effort, I headed to Tufts Market. I walked in thinking it was similar to a 7/11 and my heart sank, no winter salad this year. Who knew! The back of the store had exactly what I needed! Fresh spinach and kale, goat cheese, dried cranberries, pecans, and syrup. Thank you Tufts Market for saving my butt and being so well stocked.
The lady manning the counter was also very friendly plus they were closing at 2 so that they too could enjoy Thanksgiving.
