Bad place to do your employer's healthcare clinic/wellness pack screening. I called 10+ times to try and get them to send my file over to where it needs to go. After a month, they said "the paper we have some of your results on is too light to read and we need to get another one, then we can fax it over." I decided to give up after a month of callbacks and re-visits. I need to re-do the testing elsewhere.
The pharmacy staff was certainly nice and the location is convenient. Unfortunately the amount of stress due to poor training on their wellness pack program and awful communication between pharmacists made this a waste of ~10 hours of my time. I do not recommend for anything but the basics.
They did call me to apologize for my experience, but the damage has been done. Hopefully they get their training in order, because as mentioned above the staff were very nice and friendly and the location...
Read moreI work right next door to this one so it was super convenient when I realized I only had a small time left to pay for a bus ticket with a barcode given through Greyhound - attached: says online visit your local Walgreens, Speedway, CVS, etc. with a printed barcode or phone code to pay with cash. the barcode was going to expire 15 minutes so I HAD to pay but was also working so couldn’t go far. Brought the barcode in and the cashier said “I can’t do it we don’t do it here” I said you do and you can do it you just don’t want to figure it out. She looked at me and said once again “I can’t do it. “ I said just scan the barcode I give you the cash we’re done. She said she wouldn’t do it. The barcode expired - now I am missing my sisters grad party in western mass simply because the Walgreens cashier on Broadway in Somerville didn’t feel like doing her job. (Tall skinny...
Read moreI had my passport photos taken at a different Walgreens on a trip 5 days ago. The photos were rejected by the passport site. Since I couldn't go back to that Walgreens, I came to this one to get the photos retaken. I had the physical photos with print date/time barcode and the email from Walgreens with the picture, as well as evidence that the picture was rejected for a passport. The staff took my picture but then said I would have to pay the $17 dollars again since I didn't have the original receipt. Instead of paying, I just went to a different Walgreens and they were able to retake the pictures for free without...
