Sonoma Hills Executive Director Kimberley Bowlby gave us a call regarding a resident that needed our help. Kimberley was concerned her resident would be displaced due to her living conditions and reached out to us for help. Kimberley was able to coordinate the project with her resident and was present the entire time of the 2 day project with her resident and made necessary accommodations for our crew to make this project go very smoothly. The project was completed successfully and now her resident is living in safe conditions and enjoying her unit. I lived over eleven very happy years at Sonoma Hills, leaving only when a health emergency would no longer allow me to live alone.
