I was shopping around for a workout place and decided to try out barre. I signed up for a free demo class at Sonoma Pure Barre studio and got a phone call from one of the owners. Garrett is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. He asked thoughtful questions, explained the different types of barre classes they offer, and instructed me on what to expect in my first ever barre class. When I came to class, Garrett was just as friendly in person at the front desk. Eilish was teaching the class and was kind, encouraging, and attentive. I had never thought a 30-minute workout could kick my butt the way this Barre Engage class did. It was a low impact full body workout. My arthritic knee didn't have an issues at all.
