I wanted to share my experience with this company and let others know not to shop here. I was very explicit about a nut allergy and was told numerous times that they would accommodate. Received the order and it appeared she was trying to kill me. I don’t normally have issues when it comes to ordering charcuterie boards. I will not be using this business services anymore. Truly disappointed at the service. To top it off, I ended up giving the board away to a family member because they wouldn’t give me a refund. If they have an incorrect phone number, there's no way for the wrong person to contact them to help whoever the real customer is. I received 4 or 5 text messages, so they do try to keep their delivery customers informed probably. I didn't get whatever product they sell, but I hope their customer did. I’m the second in my Family to use Boardgasm! I purchased a large Climax tray and a smaller veggie tray. My family and friends went on and on about how beautiful and tasty they were. I was proud to have them at my party. The owner personally called me with a complete description of what cheeses and meats were on the tray.
