My husband had a coupon for buy one get one sandwich. He has never been here before so for his first time he didn't have the best experience. He ordered 2 sandwiches a French fry and a Dr pepper. He grabbed his cup to fill it up and the cashier girl harped at him saying that was a water cup and he needed to pay for his drink! He was confused because he ordered the drink when he placed the order, I guess you have to tell 2 people what u want to drink bc she told him he never ordered that... the way she went about the incident was unprofessional and extra extra! Like chill out lady he's never been here before and had no idea what the ordering process was like. Called the store and they want me to drive back across town at 9pm at night to return a sandwich instead of attempting to make it right. Read moreThe two guys work on 6/21 at approx 7 to 7:30 are the best employees Penn Station could have hired. Justin was extremely welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Then there was another customer that had to run to his car to change his kid (from what I gathered). When he returned he asked to have his sandwich reheated in a microwave. The two employees told him yeah, but then made him a brand new sandwich. I'm glad to see that kindness still exist and is alive and well at Penn Station.
