If I could rate no stars, I would. I am never returning back. EVER. I went in one night for a full set NO color. When I went in it was 7:30 & they close at 8, I understand its been a long day & everyones trying to get home BUT they are not to close until 8pm & until then provide the service a customer requests for regardless. Keep in mind when I walked in, there was already 1 other customer getting her nails done (Gel Im guessing). When I walked in I was not greeted at all, all the lady asked "what do you want?" With an attitude. I said full set without color (because I didnt want to waste more time). A full set should take 30-40 mins no color. She did not trim or file my nails like you should, didn't properly place my nail on, & when I was asked how long, I showed her & she continued to do it too short so I said something & she sucked her teeth & removed the ONE nail to fix before she continued to cut my other nails. All my nails are different sizes, poorly shaped, some nails are too thin, some have too much acrylic, & it was just a horrible job. I always tip but the first time ever I did not because I was not satisfied at all with my results. I will not be returning. 3 days later & one nail is already coming off because not enough glue was placed. Mary was so rude to me, I asked her if she could please cut them smaller and she responded “you should of asked me this earlier, you see how they look now?? You see??” She raised her voice, Mary was done filing my nails and I was on my phone she than YELLED AT ME “get up and go wash your hands and take your phone” I washed them and came back and said “how rude” she than started yelling again and said “how am I being rude??? How???” She than talked in her language to one of the other lady’s (witch is not a problem) the lady to whom she was talking to said “she was just asking me about this new place” I said “I wasn’t saying she was rude about speaking to you in her language, it was just rude the way she talked to me”. I forgot to say that when I asked her to cut them lower when she next was filing them she did it harder than before and I told her “a little slower please” she than laughed. Read moreThe only reason that I gave this place one star was because I had to put one on to write a review. Lee's nails has the worst customer service. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 10 min early. They asked when I walked in the door what I was there for I said I had an appointment. A half hour later I asked them if they knew how much longer it was going to be. Nobody really seemed to care that I had made an appointment and was sitting there 45 minutes later I asked how much longer it was going to be and got an attitude in response. Once again no one was trying to figure out what had happened why did I have an appointment and in total I sat there for an entire hour waiting to get my nails done after I had made an appointment what's the point of making an appointment. No one looked in a book to see what happened nobody talked to anybody to find out who scheduled the appointment or anything. Just the fact that I got the attitude that I did and not one single apology and my nail technician actually laughed about it as she said she didn't know what happened and I said I really don't think it's funny.
