Horrible horrible, horrible experience!! I’ve gone to dispensaries all throughout the country. I have never made a bad review out of all my reviews. This is the only one, but the experience was so bad. It’s worth me breaking my positive review streak! The worst customer service I have ever gotten at dispensary. It is a man that runs the company not a woman on company. The employee told me they had to just say it was a woman to get more traffic but it is a man that runs it and he is married so technically a “woman runs it“ also.. but doesn’t work in the store? I don’t get it but then again that’s just what I was told by the worker. The girl that helped me blatantly lied to RUSH THE CHECK OUT BECAUSE IT WAS LATE. SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO FILTER SELECTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE AND INSTEAD OF SAYING she did not know she just told me nothing was on sale. I showed her how to navigate her on website and how to filter by Sale items and she just said OK… she also told me I didn’t qualify for my first time purchase discount, but I did and they end up giving it to me but if I did not question it I would’ve paid more for no reason. NOBODY EVEN GREETED ME . I’ll never come back and don’t recommend...

Don't go here, don't go across the street. And DONT GO TO SILVER LEAF IN SOMERSET. They are all owned by the same untrustworthy family. They lie about the quality of their product and more importantly hire only the rudest employees. Bud tenders aren't very personable and shift lead would rather be a tough guy than help resolve issues. At least, I assume he is some sort of manager since in all the times I've been there I've never seen him do even one second of work. Anyway, don't expect to get any help if something is wrong with your order. Part of my order was missing. Instead of getting any help I was treated with an attitude. We all know how much of a rip off these dispos are. Nevertheless, I come here multiple times a week and usually get a full 1 oz purchase but your employee would rather assume I'm broke and came in to steal five dollars worth of product than help me figure out what happened to it. From the staff to the store presentation. From the premium products to phenomenal deals, New Era Dispo is batting 110%. Love talking shop with whoever budtender I luck out to speak with. The whole staff is vastly knowledgeable and super friendly. Synergy at its finest. And then there is Ashish, award winning personality, his intelligence is on par with the best of them, yet it is his heart and humanity that makes him so unique. My mom has MS so her route of consumption are RSO soft lozenges. It’s one thing for him to remember that but also remembers all the quick chit chats we’ve had from time to time. Ashish was asking “how was mom” and her recovery from surgery. He truly cares for all his guests. Humble, genuine, great sense of humor.
