Danny and Zena were amazing today! I am always impressed with this location. Not only are they incredibly well knowledge but very nice awesome with their customers. I always feel welcome and never rushed. Which I know sounds a bit weird but at the same time so many places are just trying to get you sorted out and get you out the door. At this location, they're actually trying to get you what you would like to find as well as what is best for your needs. I was able to purchase something great per an awesome price. Great discounts and amazing service. I will always return to this location-based on these facts. Even when I live in Venice, I do not mind driving a little bit extra to get something special from a place like cookies. Ended up getting 2 for $79 and then I had a 100 loyalty points so I could take $10 off. Taking it to just under seventy bucks. After much deliberation and a lot of time as well as talking to Danny, extensively about the different strains and their different effects. I chose the pacman and the georgia pie. The georgia pie is loud AF literally being the brightest Bud in the store with such a high crystal count it makes the bud look like it's frosted with sugar. The pac man although not as bright almost has a blue tint to it. I will amend this review once I have tried them both. Hands down one of the best dispensaries in South Florida. This is my fifth or sixth visit And I will definitely be returning.

I knew I was going to be near Cookies last week, so I decided to try it for the first time. I saved up 1.5 oz. flower to use there. When i walked in, I liked the vibe, casual but organized and clean.

Every dispensary is a little different, and Cookies kinda gave me a Bath and Bodyworks vibe where there are samples out to enjoy visually and olfactorily.

I was greeted professionally by a guy with a tablet who took down my requests after consultation. Once through ordering, he sent my order to the queue for a counter consultant to gather and process. Very positive experience.

Oh, did I mention that everything was 50% off on my first trip, coincidentally? That was cool, too.

Visit #2: I love the vibe in this place! I did have a dispensation issue where a .059 oz was dispensed to me randomly by their system. We could not figure out what the issue was or remove the item (possibly a BioTrack "correction" based on their letting me know there had been an update recently), so the manager (wish I had gotten his name, but he is great!) put a credit on my account to make up for it. I was pleased with the resolution.

My BT Eric was very helpful making recommendations. I qualified for a free 1/8th and gummies. Of course, paying regular price for any product is too much, but with all the promos, discounts and loyalty points/redemptions, I feel like I got a very fair deal and I will return as my...
