I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chicken Salad Chick, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish! The restaurant’s cozy ambiance and friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome.

The service of this restaurant has dramatically diminished in the past year. On my business trips I would order from this restaurant on doordash regularly. Literally the last five or six times I've ordered from them something's wrong whether it's my sandwich almost missing every item. Or not receiving my soup then I ordered. They have also lowered the quantity of food they give you. The bowls for the soups and the mac and cheese and the broccoli and the salads are all smaller now. I don't know if they're under new management and they just don't care but their service is low level. It's to the point where every time I order from them I'm expecting something to be messed up. It sucks too cuz their food used to be really good and they used to be reliable and now they're just not. Even though I'm ordering as take out I've never had any issues the first year that I would order from this restaurant and now the past five or six orders hell probably going on seven have all had issues. Today they didn't even toast my sandwich and I didn't get my soup. At least doordash offers to refund me money and give me credits for every time chicken salad chick messes up the order. This isn't a doordash issue this is a chicken...

Was it good? Yes! Very tasty indeed. They definitely make a delicious chik salad..

Will we go again? Probably not.

Although everything was very tasty, the portions size per cost had a lot to be desired. Never have I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and received so very little chicken salad. Not kidding! Looking at the croissant sandwich all you could see was bread. At first, I didn't think it had any chicken salad on it at all. Then I looked.. yup, it was there! Albeit about as thin as a layer of mayonnaise, but there was definitely some in there. And then there's the little cups they use for the soups and sides. They are tiny too! And they don't even fill them up.. What the heck?!? I guess if you're a very small person, a hobbit or just have a very small appetite this place might appease. For anyone else, I just don't see it. Considering everything we had, it was down right expensive and I left hungry.. the wife thought it was good, but small portions as well. The first thing she asked when we got in the car was "so where are you going to get something to eat?" laughing..
