I happened to be walking out of Walmart and noticed the shop near the exit. I have an older 6thGEN iPad that I use all the time and it had a recently shattered screen. So being a little handy myself, I bought a replacement screen online and switched it out following a YouTube video.

Everything worked, but I didn’t have the right tape, experience and equipment to do it right and fasten all in place, so the motion digitizer stopped working.

Motu, who is very smart and professional, and comes across extremely kind, honest and fair, fixed it perfectly in minutes. I can’t express my gratitude for such a great surprise getting me back rolling again.

And truthfully, not even counting my hours trying to fix it, it would have been much better to just let them do it all with warranty. Very fair pricing....

I went to Motu to get my Gx16 connector fixed which is not available in any of the electronic stores and have to wait for two weeks to get it. this cable is used for tennis stringer and it is not something Motu fixes on a daily basis but he was willing to help me. He is a real example of someone who is hard working and at the same time puts his 100% in helping his customer. He is one of the nicest person I met lately who is honest and willing to really help beyond your expectation. Hope we had more like him around. I highly recommend...

The battery in my iPhone 6s Plus started swelling to the point where the screen was cracking. I was getting on plane the next day to go home. And I was at my grandson's birthday party!

They got me in and out in about 20 minutes and back in time to to take a video of my grandson blow out his birthday candles!
