Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I had the worst experience ever, when I got there to pick up my order, the big young lady behind the counter was talking to her friend and acted like I was interrupting her. She then asked for my name with an attitude, after I gave her my name, she told me it was $32 and some change, and I told her I just placed my order online and it was only $23.53. She then ran back into the kitchen and came out with a mean look on her face. She then checked her screen and told me the right amount, so I paid her and she had the pizza on the counter. I took it home and left without realizing it was the wrong pizza, it was my fault for not checking it there, so I have to drive back to the store. When I got there I handed her the pizza back and told her she gave me the wrong pizza. She took it back without saying a word as if she knew and went back in the kitchen and started to make my order. I can see her clearly though the opening from the front of the cash register. Then I heard someone in the back asking her what was going on and then another smaller young lady came out and gave me my order as she told the rude one that my order was already made. I don't know who this big young lady is behind the counter, but she was very rude and has no business being out front with a customer with a cocky attitude as if she is doing everyone else a favor. 8-30-2023, ~7pm We ordered a lg pizza, 8pc boneless wings, and 6 pc parmasean garlic wings. Delivery driver showed up and delivered ONLY the pizza and 5 (not 6) parmasean garlic wings. Upon asking about our other wings, he said "Oh yea, someone must have forgotten them. Someone will be back in 10 or 15 to deliver them. Can I get the recipt? It has your address on it." I said "sure, that's fine," then THEY NEVER SHOWED BACK UP.

In hindsight, even the pizza looked like it was missing a tiny slice and had been reassembled, so I can only assume that the deceitful driver ate some of our food on the way to deliver it and took the recipt so we'd have no recompense, since they don't seem to EVER answer the phone at this location to address such issues.

BAD NEWS: IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER DUMB DUMB, WE STILL HAVE PROOF WE ORDERED IT AND YOU DIDN'T DESERVE THAT TIP.

I hope coorperate contacts us about a refund, we will not be dealing with this location in the future because of this.

I've had a frustrating experience with Pizza Hut for the second time now. The first time, I requested delivery, but my order was mistakenly marked as carryout. Today, I faced an even bigger issue when I was charged three times, each for $49.84 through the app.

Reluctantly, I had to contact the store, but reaching a live person proved nearly impossible. Instead, I had to endure automated pizza ads. Due to these recurring issues, I've decided to no longer do business with this particular Pizza Hut location.

I strongly believe that someone in management or the district should investigate what's happening at this store, as it's failing to provide the quality service the community and customers deserve. Consequently, I'm now driving 2.4 miles to the next Pizza Hut that was willing to assist me and accept my $49.84.

This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially when you have kids and a nearby Pizza Hut. On a positive note, I want to express my gratitude to the outstanding team members at the Pizza Hut located at 3611 1st St E #210. They had no problem serving us, and the food was excellent. Thank...
