We purchased 13 items from Patio Factory including a dining set, living area set and a large fire pit table. In addition, my husband had previously purchased from them. The sales people were nice. Jack and Angel who delivered the pieces were fantastic. My disappointment lies with the office and transit of the furniture. The furniture was estimated to be delivered maybe by Christmas and definitely by New Year's. The trailer that carried the furniture broke down and the shipping company waited 3 weeks for a part. I have my own business and when there is a shipping issue, I do not allow products to be left on the side of the road for 3 weeks. As a business owner, I also receive and pass on compensation to my customer from the shipping company for such a lengthy delay, if not make other shipping arrangements. I had invited over 30 people to our house for New Year's Eve and the furniture didn't arrive until long after. It was not the end of the world. However, I would have expected the manufacturer to contact another shipper to ensure a speedier delivery or offer some sort of compensation. I had the most wonderful experience with the Patio Factory Supercenter! I was looking for a wicker chair for my lanai, and the store was recommended to me from neighbors on the Nextdoor App. Bob and Deborah were there when I visited the store. They were both so nice and helpful, and made me feel welcomed right away. No high pressure here, but I really appreciate the salespeople being knowledgable, which they both were! I told Bob what I was looking for, and he helped me find the perfect chair! Also, I wanted it to coordinate with the rest of our condo, and he helped me find the perfect material! I am so happy with the result! They also suggested that I could get cushions made from the same material to coordinate with my existing table and chairs on the lanai, which I did, and am so happy with the result! I bought a Lloyd Flanders glider/swivel wicker chair. It is such great quality, and one of the most comfortable wicker chairs I've ever sat in!

I also had contact with the warehouse, and everyone I talked to to was extremely professional and very helpful...especially Tracy!

My wife and I recently moved into our new home in Lakewood Ranch, and we dealt with five different companies to help furnish and decorate our new space. Patio Factory was head and shoulders above everyone else when in comes to service and commitment. We worked with Bob Heasley at the 14th St store in Bradenton, and he was an absolute joy to work with. We purchased a Woodard outdoor dining set, barstools, and lounge chairs, and the Lloyd Flanders Visions collection for our seating arrangement. We absolutely love the Visions collection and hope to enjoy it for many years to come!

Since taking delivery in January we’ve had a few minor issues with a couple of pieces, but they were all resolved quickly and hassle-free with assistance from Kim in the warranty department at Patio Factory Supercenter.

In today’s world where customer service seems to be a rare commodity, your company has been excellent to work with, and we have recommended you to everyone we meet in our new neighborhood.
