Very unprofessional. Poor communication skills on their part. Initially when I told them about the issue I was having, they told me the person who specializes in my repair wasnât in but they could still fix It. In hindsight I should have walked back to my car and went somewhere else. After deciding to go ahead have them fix my Apple Watch I returned a few days later, took it home to have the screen fall off not even a week later. Needless to say it wasnât fixed right the first time and I had to come back to have it fixed again (mind you this place is quite a bit out of the way from where I live). When I came back to the shop they had no problem redoing the repair, although they did mention how it was my fault for somehow melting the excessive adhesive they applied as if I was sticking my wrist in an oven on the daily.. I waited for the call saying my watch was ready, a week later I decided to call to see what the status was. They then informed me Iâd need to bring my charger in so they could finish and make sure it worked.. weird considering you fix devices so it would make sense for you to have chargers on hand? The last time I was in the shop I discussed my issues with the manager over the phone before hand. Once I arrived I was greeted and taken care of while the owner shouted and made jokes to his employees from the office behind the counter.    Read moreI drove to Bradenton from Saint Pete as I obtained a Groupon to fix my shattered phone screen. Upon arrival they refused to honor the Groupon (allegedly having a dispute with Groupon but still selling their services there). As I had drove 45 minutes I had limited options but to pay their demanded fee or wait longer to have it fixed elsewhere. I allowed them to replace the screen. After leaving I realized the tough on lock screen does not function. I have to unlock using the side button but can not use any features (flashlight, camera, emergency call) from the lock screen. I called 3 times and left messages, one with a worker and 2 on voicemail asking for them to return my call to discuss how this would be corrected and they have refused to return my calls. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card since it is a defective replacement and they refuse to call me back to discuss options to repair.    Read moreI originally brought my phone in for a diagnosic on why it wasn't working. The fee was $50 and that was just to find out. I was fully aware that I would be paying to find the issue. However, the lady told me it was the screen and that $200 would fix it. Came back a few days later and the manager told me it had more issues and he couldn't complete my phone unless I bought about $100 more worth of items (charging port). Apparently, i couldnt get any refund nor compensation due to the female messing up! He claimed he was going to 'review the footage and see what she told me'! The lady didn't tell me nothing was guaranteed nor that it wasn't covered under warranty. She just made me pay and sent me on my way. After about 2 weeks, I got the phone back but the camera quality has never been the same ever since, I can't zoom in or use .5 zoom.... complete waste of money and time I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
