EDIT- USPS marked the package as lost/misdelivered & this company still insists I lied, just look at their response. They couldāve filed a claim but refused to. They keep insinuating I lived in a bad area on multiple platforms so I am at fault for that (I do not, a new mail carrier mixed multiple packages up. Where I live shouldnāt matter anyway or make me less of a customer.) They go as far as to thank the thief? I guess theyāre trying to be cute insulting me sticking to their guns that I lied to them even after having proof. Stay far far away unless you like to give your money away to rude fraudulent companies. Reviews on other sites indicate I am not the only one with this issue, they just like to delete their bad reviews on here so it stays hidden.
I pre-ordered an oil from their store that was unfortunately mis-delivered by USPS. The only way to contact them is through their phone which they will take as long as possible to acknowledge just to ignore you. The owner will raise his voice at you on how he wouldnāt make money if he helps me out with an actual solution and hypothetical $400 orders (which if their a business worth their salt they would have insurance) and is beyond rude. Their solution was for me to buy another product at a discount which I did not see as a satisfactory resolution & was called a thief because I declined this option. Just because youāve been burned by other customers doesnāt mean everyone is out to get you & give you the right to treat all your customers like dirt, some of us just want the product we ordered or at the very least an actual type of refund. There is broken glass inside and I cannot use it. The other perfume is not broken. I smelled it once and it immediately made me sneeze and made my eyes water. I spent over $70 on my order. I have not put it on my skin. I emailed customer service explaining what is going on and got no response. I left a message directly on their website explaining what had happened and got no response. I left comments on their tik tok page and I did get a response saying they would get back to me. Itās been over a month and that is the only response I have gotten from anybody. I have also called the store and nobody has answered the phone. I explained in my email and the message online that I was willing to send back both perfumes and receive new perfumes so I can still promote this family business but now I do not want to promote this business because I placed my order on June 19th and the company has put 0 effort in resolving this issue. Everything is rich and authentic. The prices are fair and the service is tops.
