Complaint! Today, July 29, 2025, I did another purchase in the store. I love this store because there are many European products. I live on this street and often go to this store, I like fresh hot bread, I also love salami and sausage and cheese to make sandwiches. The service in the sausage department is terrible (the seller Norma and another one - they are older in age and constantly do not treat customers very well (they are rude, crude, raise their voices, throw sausage, are constantly in a bad mood, constantly laugh at us, we are from Ukraine and Americans. Maybe they have racial reasons for this?? But your store has European products (pickles, cereals, waffles, bread and much more, sausages and so on ... that is so important for us and it reminds us of the taste of childhood and our homeland Ukrainians ... We live on the street where your store is located, so it is convenient and close for us to come to you. Many times I began to notice flies in the department where the sausage is, flies sit on the scales and so on ... this speaks of the hygiene of the store! The sellers never give a napkin or a bag when you ask to try sausage ... This attitude of bias towards the nation occurs not for the first time, but today it exceeded the expectations of rudeness and my spoiled mood ... The price tag has one price (salami sausage different names in one price tag... the seller does not know what kind of sausage she gives - it's terrible. Today I talked to the manager of this store and explained the situation! I want to improve the service in the store in the sausage department, sanitation and attitude towards customers and remove rudeness and tactfully answer customers regardless of nationality and also keep in mind that some people do not understand English (since this is a country of immigrants)! One evening I also went to the store at 7-30 or 8 pm and also wanted to buy sausage and the same seller who was today stood with a mop in the sausage department and was not happy that I came at this time to buy sausage (I understood that she had already washed the sausage cutting machine and she had no desire to serve me, she was rude and impolite. Dear manager of this store, pay attention to the situation in your sausage department and draw a conclusion so that the best sellers serve us customers. Who does not appreciate the work and does not know how to talk to customers let him only wash the floors and nothing more! In continuation of my complaint about the sausage department of your store, I want to add that the sausage in this case salami (you have several types of it) does not correspond in taste and price if we take, for example, another shift of your sales workers. Which means that today when I bought it all mixed up, I ask you to check what kind of sausage and at what price some of your salesmen are selling. I ask you, respected store director, to conduct...

The products are overpriced. You will pay $2-$3 More for items. Than what you pay at Super Target or Meijer. Items are spoiled and on the shelf or just tossed onto the shelf with no care. 6 pack of Ramen is $3. Vs 0.99cents at Super Target. A tub of Tollhouse Cookie dough is $9.37 at Meijer its $5.99 I hope Freshway Improves prices and produce selectiin quickly. Or it will go downhill quickly.
