Ouch! Really bad experience! Purchased a gun safe. We were told twice that all the literature and keys were inside the safe. It’s a 54 mile round trip for us. Got home, opened the safe with the temp combination and the safe was empty. After several calls to the store the store manager agreed to next day mail us the paperwork and keys. The store is grossly understaffed and the entire purchase process was a struggle but too long to even describe. So today, we were happy to receive the paperwork and keys in the mail. That would have been the end of the story until we read the handwritten note enclosed: “I apologize for any inconvenience. In the future I recommend you frequent a different Dunham’s Sports; we have a Benton Harbor location that may be close to you.”

Worst Dunhams around. Used to work at one in Kalamazoo so have a pretty good idea of procedures and customer service. Terrible customer service at this location. Have had more than one bad experience here. Most recent needed a different size of cleat and did not have in stock. Asked cashier to call another store to see if they have in stock (when I worked at one in Kzoo we were always calling other stores for customers to see if they had things). Cashier stated they were not allowed to call for customers. When I asked why she stated "they want the customers to do it". Not sure if it's management here or what the deal is. All I know is I have walked out of that store with a "sour taste"...

Very friendly professional staff. All greeted me as I entered the store & very helpful to find what I'm looking for. The younger Hispanic guy was extra helpful & very knowledgeable. Also the big white guy was very helpful even tho he walks as slow as a turtle. Great gun selection not to mention the shoes & just about everything u are looking for.
