I had the worst experience with this facility. Yuri (The manager) was very unprofessional, nasty, and rude. I was treated without respect and dignity. I was the only African American male there and treated differently from everyone else there. I noticed how everyone else was handle vs. myself. Once Mrs. ABBy was involved to resolve the situation, she was nice and kind but protected her employee Yuri . She stated Yuri usually isn't that way but had been stressed due to the pandemic. I told her that was acceptable bc member service is #1 and we all are facing issues due to the pandemic. That doesn't mean you can treat people like trash because of it. I also told Mrs. Abby I felt discriminated against because of my supportive evidence . Mrs. Abby stated she was sure that wasn't the case because Yuri is married to a BLACK MAN. I told Mrs. Abby that was very offensive for her to say bc that doesn't mean anything . That was an unprofessional response to add . It's so much which occurred during this unpleasant experience but this section limits the amount written. I'll never come to this facility again because I was treated unhumaine. I only went to this location for a covid test btw. This shouldn't have happen. Plus, they didn't want to honor funding which signs in there facility stated they would if they did not hand a receipt...

I utilize their weight loss services among other services. I have lost weight and in addition to my weight loss, my blood pressure has improved. I no longer get headaches associated with my high blood pressure. I highly recommend this urgent care because they are very professional, attentive, empathetic, they have short wait times, they go above and beyond for their patients in so many ways by giving cost effective health services and saving their patients money on prescription medications and most important of all they follow up with their patients to check on their well being. I could keep writing but we are limited to a certain amount of words. I will always be a life long customer. I really appreciate all you do for myself and so many others. Keep up the amazing work. Dr. Odutayo and her staff were amazing. They ran the right tests to check my injury and make sure that everything was okay. The nursing staff was kind, empathetic, intelligent, and efficient. I was able to schedule for X-rays the next day after seeing them. Dr. Odutayo was able to review them and her staff called me with the results later that evening. I am so grateful for their assistance, their empathy, and their care. I wish I had asked for the names of the other attending nurses to thank them, but I recognize that at EMDS they aren’t working for recognition, they are there to help patients get the care they need. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but I am grateful and highly recommend this urgent care office to anyone with any urgent...
