The birthday package is a rip off! This review is for the League City location and not Pasadena; although, I am sure that all locations operate the same way and I am telling you all sincerely…DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
The League City location has nothing but kids running the place and when things go wrong, they all have this “Deer in the Headlights” look about them not knowing what to do to make things right. Depending on how many children you are planning your party for, if you plan for 20 and come up just shy of the 20 kids, you are paying for all 20 kids whether they make it or not.
I understand that is business and the chance you take, but when you are waiting past your appointed time to have the party…That is a problem. When you have to tell the employees that you have been waiting for almost a half hour and the party space you paid for is not even prepared…That is a problem.
Then, you pay for overpriced Domino’s pizza, Capri Suns, Sodas in the 2liter bottle, and a balloon arrangement of about 3 balloons…Wow! What a deal, by the way, I was being sarcastic.
Also, all your food is served to your party with only 30 minutes remaining of your allotted time. So, you will have to sing happy birthday, eat, and cut the cake with just thirty minutes left of your allotted time for the party. What genius came up with this plan?
Now I will be fair, the kids will have a good time, but this is a smoke screen to get you pay more money to distract you from the BOGUS product that these people are selling! Also, if you try to voice your disagreement, the employees will have the audacity to argue back making excuses and tell lies informing their supervisors (and I do use that word loosely) that you were being abrupt and unruly. Wow!
So, not only will you get ripped off, you will basically be told the same old line, “That’s our policy”, as they are taking your hard earned money. And if you do have a legitimate complainant as I did, you will be only met with excuses, lies, and the management telling you that you should have read your contract when ironically, the immature kids running that place do not even know their own policies.
To every bad review that I give, I would like to offer a solution. Take a select number of children to another party facility like Jumping World to play for a few hours, and then have an after party at your respective home with pizza, soda, birthday cake, balloons, etc. The kids will have a blast and you will come out way ahead saving you some $$$.
My bad choice cost me $425.00 and a lot of push back from the employees and supervisors to include paying for overpriced food, poor customer service, and excuses.

Read moreMy children and I recently visited Jumping World in Pasadena with my young child, and unfortunately, our experience in the 5 and under play area was disappointing. The space did not feel safe or well-maintained for younger children. First, the area was overcrowded with older kids who were not being monitored, making it difficult for the little ones to play safely. There seemed to be a lack of staff supervision to enforce the age restrictions, which led to rough play and safety concerns. Also the staff were a lot of teenagers that smell like weed and we're not doing a good job. When I went to ask for a manager one of the front chicken ladies at the counter, grabbed the manager her name was was very rude and did not know how to speak. I advised her there was a child with a lollipop, jumping and a kid that had a cast I understand it's parents fault and there are waivers that are signed but as a facility, I should feel safe where my kids are. I will not be coming back to this place and it's sad because my kids enjoy the few times that they have been staff are very unprofessional. Additionally, some of the play equipment appeared worn down and not as clean as it should be for a place that caters to young children. Cleanliness and safety should be a top priority, but it didn't seem like these standards were being met. Overall, I was expecting a more enjoyable and safe experience for my child, but we left feeling frustrated. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve the supervision, cleanliness, and overall organization of the 5 and under area so that families with small children can have a positive and safe experience...
