Today I ate at this taqueria and I was so disappointed .. thay took 1 hr. To get our food to us .. not only that when the food got to us first thay brought 2 plates then 10 minutes later thay brought 4 more plates.. then 5 minutes later 1 more . Then thay forgot my son's plate then 10 minutes later thay brought his plate.. we were hungry so we ate the food. So I ask for the manager or owner . And the lady says it's me .. so I tell her I was disappointed with the service if she can do something about it. And she replied to me did you eat the food and I told her yes and she looked at me with a angry face like if I did something wrong.. with a loud voice said well then pay for it.. I got very upset and told her why would you talk to me like that just tell me if you can't make me a happy customer just tell me to pay the bill I'm not trying to get a free meal just a sorry or customer appreciation.. I have my own business and would never. Talk to a customer like that .. my shop is down the street from y'all .2505 Shaver Pasadena TX. 77502. All I know I always talk good about this restaurant till today .. will never go back or recommend anyone.. I will tell my Family and friends please not to go there...the worst part about it I invited my friend today and he really did not want to go there but he told me I'll go because you talk good about them worst mistake in my life.. it was 8 in total today $130 worst ever spent.. I'm just glad I paid the bill and did not do something retarded because I got really mad . Read moreI hate to post bad reviews but this had to be said 1st the prices are crazy my husband got a #21 tacos al carbon it came w/ 2 tacos rice beans pico guacamole and cheese for $17.99 and when we got home because it was to go the plate looked like something u get on a kids menu..my caldo de pollo was bland veggies were not cooked together because potatoes were soft but my squash was hard. Then the waitress got the order wrong on the #21 and said there and lied told the other waitress it was me that ordered like that when I clearly had asked her for the number of plate the tacos de carbon was then I ordered an aquarium de melon to jave something to drink and we didn't get it until the order was completed which the whole purpose of getting the drink was to have something to drink while we waited for food to be done also it was too sweet I had to put water in it when I got home and at $4.99 for a 20oz I would expect better flavor but it definitely was a powder drink not fresh fruit drink which I thought I would be getting. And last but not least the waitresses were hard to wave down and when we did finally get one she was very rude she asked for the card for payment with an aggressive manner almost demanded it not asked for it obviously they have not heard "its not what u say its the way u say it" but needless to say I give them an overall overpriced and would not recommend to anyone. I will not be going here again i was charged $52 for a $30 meal so im sorry 2 thumbs down from me.. u be the judge if u would like but im warning u it will not be worth your time nor money at all. Read moreI come to this location almost every other day, but today was extremely different. The cashier got my order wrong and overcharged me for 2 sides that i normally get for a much cheaper price. I pointed that out to her and she told me she charges what the manager says. I told the manager that i come to the location very frequently and they've never overcharged me for things i normally get. So i asked the manager to refund me for the items that they overcharged me for. They said they would fix my order, and they still didn't get it right. Finally i asked them to give me a full refund because i was frustrated with their lack of listening & their inability to remedy the issue. So the manager gives me a full refund and then tells me not to come back to the location again. I thought to myself how dare she say that to me when I've patronized this business for years. So i pulled off and went inside and asked for the corporate number to get in touch with the higher ups. The same cashier tells me that they don't have a corporate office. I left her my contact info and told her to give it to the owner & stated that i will be following up. I am furious at the amount of racism that was displayed at me today. Shame on you all.
