This location has terrible customer service and even worse food. Don't come here. Go to literally any other location or pick some food out of the garbage. That would be better than the food at this location. If could give zero stars I would.
I purchased a 6pc chicken strip basket and when I got home I noticed the strips were darker than usual. I immediately noticed the fries were soggy but gave them the benefit of the doubt and when I bit into the first strip I saw the inside was grey and overcooked. I thought it might have been just one so I ate around it but soon noticed all of them were like that and decided to back. To add, I have been eating at this location for 15+years and have never seen the chicken be this low quality but, I digress. When I arrived, the dining room was closed already but one of the employees open the door seeing I had the bag in my hand. I showed them the grey chicken and told them that it was unacceptable and the employee agreed to them being grey and admitted "all the chicken strips are like that". Ridiculous. I told her that doesn't make it right that they serve such bad food consciously. She told me "if I made you some fresh ones and showed you they were all like that [grey] would you eat them?" I told her no and reiterated that is not okay if they "are all like that". She said no one had complained before (which I find very hard to believe) and told her I'm letting them know now. I obviously asked for my money back but was denied because I had eaten some of it. I even offered to not get the entire amount back and to give me a portion of the cost and I would never return. Again I was denied but, I showed her more of the grey chicken and she took the bag and receipt to show the manager. She quickly came back and was refused a refund or any other solution. I asked why and she said "I don't know that's what she told me" so I asked for the manager to come talk to me and explain why they weren't willing to offer a solution and the employee said "she can't she's busy". Mind you, there was no one in the drive thru and, obviously, no one inside so I asked for the manager to come and give me a reason why but she quickly handed everything back and said to come back in the morning and talk to the owner. I work, like most people, and couldn't go back in the morning so I asked for their contact info and the employee vaguely waved at the doors and says "that's all on the doors" but I couldn't see where so I asked where that info was but she cut me off mid sentence and shut the door in my face. I knocked and said where but she was already walking away waving her hand at the door behind her like before. It's honestly not even about the money anymore. I think this location needs new employees and management that actually have some customer service skills. I don't really support "the customer is always right" but you at least have to treat paying customers with some decency and respect no matter if you disagree with them. Read moreThe food was ok at best. The gravy was just water. Ordered large fries and got the same amount as the others I was with who ordered regular. Only one refill allowed and it just kinda seems like the whole thing is just about saving a penny where they can, even if it means compromising the taste of food or overall experience. Very different compared to other Dairy Queens. Also there are like a million cameras and what looks like a two way mirror faced toward the dining area. It was kind of weird cause you feel like you’re just been spied in the entire time. I get that it’s for security but it just feels more like it’s to watch and see if you get more than one refill or something lol. Read more0 stars! Not worth even 1. Only put 1 because google made me!!! Terrible customer service! Got my order wrong (didn’t have any brownies in blizzard) and the Hispanic lady with glasses (night shift) tells the lady named Luci to tell me “And what do you want me to do about it” They refunded one of my blizzards and made me pay for the other since it had been eaten, again it didn’t have any brownies! Then I get home with my new order and it’s WRONG AGAIN!! I called back to let them know she laughed and said “And” !!! The girl named Luci was asking that same lady with the glasses what do you want me to tell her and she said tell her what you want me to do! I said I was going to tell the corporate about it and she said so oh well they will tell you the same thing! Moral of the story is the night crew needs to be completely replaced and get their s* together. Terrible...
