I booked an online appointment for 3:00 pm today for a full set with gel polish or “shellac” as they call it, coffin shape, medium length and a classic pedicure with shellac. I was greeted promptly and was escorted To the pedicure area. Shortly I was greeted by a technician. I believe her name was Nikki. She set up the water and then offered me a complementary beverages. They serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The pedicure experience was very great. My pedicure came out very good. Her technique was great. She did a really great job, but while she was doing my polish, another woman comes along, and I believe she was Tina (the one who I had to pick for booking because that this is my first time at this place, I didn’t know who to pick) she starts to apply my full set while I am in the pedicure chair which I thought was kind of odd. I didn’t like it because I was getting a full set some on my nails are crooked. I feel rushed at this point. We finish the pedi and go over to her table. She is super engaged in what I am assuming is an intense conversation because she is not paying attention to what she doing to my nails. Literally not looking. Looking at who she is talking to. Even giving long pauses to engage even more! I’m irritated at this point. I was charged 93 dollars for the services ( $35 for pedicure and $58 for the nails, not including a tip. I was able to tap and pay at the register). Which would have been fine if I didn’t leave out with badly shaped nails, bumpy polish, and product from the acrylic application and nail polish on the sides and finger print area on some of my fingers. I will not return for services...

This salon is clean and always offers drinks, but the service can feel rushed. I visited on Thursday to get a set of nails for my engagement photoshoot. I showed the technician a photo of the desired design and mentioned I wanted them coffin shape. First I was seated by the front and started with one technician. Then, I was moved to the back because someone became available to do my pedicure and I was assigned to a new technician, Kim. Kim seemed unhappy from the start. I showed her the photo. The other technician had already cut some of the nails , however Kim ignored that and cut the other nails shorter. When I expressed my concerns, she became irritated and would tell me “stop being tense”. When paying, I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the result. Kim admitted that she couldn’t do the glitter design I asked I told her she could’ve told me so from the beginning. Extremely dissatisfied, I contacted the manager and the next day I went and showed him the photo and my nails. He offered to shape them coffin but I explained to him that it would make them even shorter. I suggested removing the set and Id pay half for a new one with a different technician, but the manager refused, insisting on Kim's professionalism and said that she spent her time on my nails. The nails I got are not worth $70. Even my 10 year old niece said the nail tech needs more practice. I had to visit another salon to have the nails removed and redone. Left pic is what I showed and right pic is what I got. The set meant a lot to me because it was for my...
Read moreIt was me and my mom’s first time trying out this nail spa! Coming inside, the place was more spacious compared to some other small spas I’ve seen. It was also very clean and organizable. They will ask you to sign in on the ipad over there at front desk, which is great because then you will be able to add up points and use them for your next visits. We got our pedicure first, and they have a lot of options going on there. I was pleased to see that they have hot stone pedicures! It was a wonderful experience! They will also offer you drinks here. Me and my mom got a margarita and mamosa (yes, they have some wine and champagne there!). After that is the manicure, they ask if you want square or triangle kind of look for your nails before starting. (Though they might have more options, but I chose the square/natural kind of look.) Overall, it was a great first time in this spa! I am convincing my mom to come here more often as this other spa around the Pasadena area she used to go to overcharges her, in my opinion. This one has more affordable prices! I’ll definitely come back here when I get the...
