CONSIGNORS BEWARE!! If the staff had ever been mildly polite I would not be writing this review, consignors beware! After consigning some high-end furniture pieces with this store, I received only one check, according to their policy you can drop off a stamped and addressed envelope to yourself for checks to be sent to you when you can’t come in on the date checks are issued, I did this back in October and never was a check sent to me. Went into the store today and was told, rudely, that I would not be given any money because Rhode Island state laws Say that checks expire after six months; so my check was never sent to me in the mail and they “couldn’t” honor any sales. This was a beyond disappointing experience, especially as a person who has worked in the consignment industry (never have I worked for a company that wouldn’t honor a consignors’ sales) or follow through with paying...

Everyone that works here is SO nice!! Found a lovely dinnerware set at an amazing price online and Holly was so helpful when I called, counting out all the different items that came in the set, taking my order on the phone and even holding it for more extra time than their standard policy until I was able to make the trip to pick them up. Spent about an hour in the store packing them to take back with me which actually ended up being so fun - the 3 owners are really just the friendliest, loveliest ladies. I didn’t have much time to browse around, but the store is beautiful - quite spacious & very well curated.

Wish I lived in the area so I could stop by more often as it was such a wonderful experience! And the plates are just so stunning. I’ve begun getting glassware and other things to match the set, and it’s coming...

We are so happy market basket has come to Rhode Island! We previously lived in Massachusetts near Market Basket and upon retiring to Rhode Island we no longer had a Market Basket. Now that they have located in Warwick we travel all the way up from South Kingstown when we can because it's worth the trip. The prices are very fair, the store is clean, well organized and brightly lit. The pastry department is superb, well that alone it is worth the trek. They make the other supermarkets look second rate. We would highly recommend it to all Rhode Islanders. We also hope they will locate another store further south near Wakefield so that we could do all our shopping at market basket 100%...
