The experience with Go Pasta was incredible. First, the food is unbelievably fantastic. Their Eggplant Parm is the best we have ever eaten...ever. Their Chicken Francais is unbelievably delicious as well. Their customer service is beyond what I have witnessed with any other business ever before. I ordered food for a 40 person house warming party and the owner, John, not only helped me figure out the exact right amount to order, but he called to check in on me prior to the party to make sure I was all set on heating the food up (I was using chaffing dishes for the first time) and then he called me the day after the party to make sure everything went ok. Incredible. I was actually taken aback by how phenomenal the customer experience was given recent dealings with other small businesses in RI. I told him, every single person at the party raved about the food and asked from where we got it. I had to take a moment to write a review (which I never typically do)! This establishment was so far ahead of the pack on food quality and customer service that I had to take some time to write this. Read moreThree for atmosphere because there's no place to sit but who cares because the food is absolutely amazing. I get a chicken cutlet with a slice of eggplant and it hits every time. Ordered a meatball sub for my dad who is notoriously critical and he immediately moved go fast to the top 3 slots of places to eat in the state. He loves a good sandie. We both ate only half of our sandwich by the way, very filling. You'd have to be a Very special person to be able to finish this sandwich off in one sitting. It puzzles me as to how original, successful recipes were made available and training offered by a professional (John) with years of experience and the final results is horribly inferior food and higher prices that no longer reflect the quality that was consistent with the previous owner/chef!
