I would not recommend going to this store. If you have a simple issue go for it but if you plan on using a promotion I would recommend going elsewhere. My husband and I purchased iPhones from this store in November. We were told we would be getting a $700 gift card for switching to them to pay off our AT&T final bill. The code we were provided was not the right code. It took 2 months and 8 hours of my time on the phone with Verizon to figure this out. Jay said he resubmitted the offer with the correct code but has no idea when I will get my money. I asked for a confirmation number to look up this information and was told there was not one. It is now mid February. There has been no communication from Jay or the store. I have to call and ask for updates. I called the store two weeks ago and was told Jay was on vacation. I asked if anyone else could assist me and they told me no. I asked for them to have Jay call me when he returned. I waited a week after his return date and called to see if there was an update. He said “nope.”Jay was rude and very unprofessional. He responded to my questions with “yup” and would not let me finish a sentence. Which upset me further. Not only do I not have my promised money, but now the people that made the promises are rude. I asked if he could reach out to someone else. He stated his rep is on vacation. I said can you speak to someone else. He said “nope!” He told me to call 611. So he received his commission off my sale and is now telling me to pound sand. I have now asked to speak to the manager, Kelsey and the owner Dave. I do not have high hopes that I will get a call back from them. I feel like I was bated and switch. I was given the wrong info and then not had help since. Also, my husband received a defective phone and Jay tried to tell him so sad too bad. We had to speak to a manager to have it exchanged. That should have been done without question. New phones should not have a green bar across the screen.

Read moreMike was great, but … read on. My wife and daughter stopped by and chatted with Mike. He was very helpful and informative. I then chatted on the phone briefly with Mike and stopped in a few days later to investigate a phone upgrade. My daughter and I both traded up - 7 to a 12 - and Mike was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I’d work with him anytime. All that said, we got there with no other customers present. Shortly thereafter, more customers started coming in. There appeared to be 2 other employees there, another guy who greeted and worked with customers and a woman who basically ignored everyone and just sat at her computer. She didn’t even greet any customers and ask them to wait. The only time I saw her interact with a customer was when she was addressed directly by someone who wanted to pay for something off the rack. I was told by another customer (having left and come back while my data transferred) that he and another customer had been waiting for over an hour just to talk to someone.
