Overall GREAT PLACE. I’m never disappointed with the service, attention to my dietary needs, and friendliness of staff. Always welcomed with a hello and smile. Staff are attentive and patient as well as apologetic if busy and taking longer than usual to complete my order. Love the fact that they take the time to know me and my flavor likes and dislikes. I love going here, it’s always really good and the price is pretty average. However, today I tried a new type of shake and it was WAY too thick...I couldn’t even sip it through the straw. When I went to get groceries (like for 30 minutes), I left it in the car and it was STILL so thick. I didn’t touch it driving back to my house, and it was still too thick!!! At that point I just threw it out... usually doesn’t happen with any of the other shakes I’ve gotten here before! Maybe the person making it was new or something, not sure. The staff was great and the place is cute.The price was about average for the type of shop it was. the problem for me was the drinks it self. I don't do artificial sweeteners and I am sensitive to alternative sweeteners and unfortunately the drinks are made with them. which are completely healthy, I just can't stand the taste.
