TL;DR: Manager (Ryanna) was rude, unprofessional, and barked at us for simply pointing out that one fitting room was locked and the other was occupied for over 30 minutes. All while the fitting rooms were closing soon. She only opened the second stall after getting aggressive, and completely dismissed our concern, even though the situation looked suspiciously like theft. If this is how Ross treats PAYING customers, then maybe they deserve to be taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor and go to TJ Maxx instead. The service is better, and so is the selection.
Full Details: Iâve been coming here for years, but after dealing with the night manager (Ryanna â unsure of the spelling), I seriously question whether this store is even worth going toâĶ unless youâre fine being spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and condescending way.
We were waiting to use the two-stall front fitting rooms. One was locked with no one inside, and the other had a couple of girls in there for at least 30 minutes. We werenât even first in line, four other people had already been waiting. These are shared, quick-use stalls with a 5-item limit.
We politely asked an employee to let them know one stall seemed empty but locked, and the other had been occupied for a concerning amount of time. We werenât rude, just asking someone to check.
Right after that, some friends of the girls seemed to warn them, and suddenly they came out, holding only a few items but both carrying backpacks. If they had someone outside with a cart, why drag backpacks in? (Later on when we finally got in, there were a bunch of empty hangers left behind. All of it was suspicious, to say the least.)
Then Ryanna came out and immediately got aggressive. Her first words were, âAre you the one complaining?â no greeting, no professionalism. She followed it up with, âPeople are allowed to take as long as they want.â
Seriously? Youâre defending people hogging a shared fitting room for half an hour while multiple people are waiting?
She only opened the second stall after barking at us about it being closed for a wet floor. If she was having a rough shift, fine, but donât take it out on strangers who did nothing wrong to you and were just trying to use the fitting room before it closed in 10 minutes.
Honestly, I didnât bother speaking up about what looked like blatant theft. If this is how Ross treats customers who are actually trying to give them money, then maybe they deserve to be taken advantage of.

From the moment we stepped into the store, it was evident that the assistant manager had no interest in providing quality customer service. As we were checking out, she displayed a complete lack of attention to detail by failing to scan all our items, which were clearly still in the basket. This oversight resulted in us discovering the mistake and having to apologize for her negligence.
What made matters worse was the assistant manager's rushed and dismissive demeanor. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers, as she showed no regard for our time or satisfaction. It was truly disappointing to witness such poor customer service skills from someone in a managerial position.
To compound the already frustrating experience, the assistant manager further demonstrated her incompetence by incorrectly splitting our purchase into two transactions. This mistake forced us to return all the items and now we are left waiting for our bank account to process the refund. As a result of her error, we left the store empty-handed and extremely dissatisfied.
This incident reflects poorly on Ross as a whole and raises concerns about the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to encounter an assistant manager who lacks the necessary skills and professionalism to fulfill her role effectively.

Some t shirts I seen and have to get was paris. It was plain and minimal but the back of the t shirt is way too cool. It was a must get. They have tokyo shirts, los angeles, new york, and miami ones too. . Checked out the shoe selection nothing caught my eye yet. Sometimes I find cool Dr martens and crocs here. .
