I never got the 10% off code when signing up but the other spam has surely found me. Seems a moot point. . I ordered on Oct 30 and payed extra $10 for priority shipping. The next day I got a tracking number but it said it hadnāt been received by the post office. On Friday I called and the person while nice enough didnāt really know if it had been shipped or not, he said they have a new mail carrier who may be to blame, told me to call back if nothing changes in a few days. Itās now November 7 and the tracking says its still waiting to be picked up. I just popped in this morning to see if they had any other reviews and I see they do this commonly! I called them a second time yesterday, and the person said they donāt know anything about the online orders. Several emails have been sent and no response has been given. Just tons of spam linking to the website, which has plagiarized policies and falsely advertises āfed ex shippingā (they claimed on phone to exclusively have access to USPS). Got my other order in 4 days. Nothing from this place tho. They did respond to my FIRST email. Saying they were short staffed, etc. Ok, I can totally understand that! Fine. Then NOTHING! Since then I've sent 4 other emails. All were IGNORED!! All I was asking for in the 4 emails was an update. Something...anything. I got NOTHING back from them. After 14 days I realized an automated email saying my order had been canceled & refunded. But once again I got nothing from them! A quick email would of been very much appreciated letting me know that. Terrible Terrible customer service! I get ur busy and all that. I really do. But to just flat out ignore me was not right. And after scrolling thru other reviews it turns out that I'm not the only one this has happened to. Thanks alot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered 11/22/22. I received notice of a tracking number 11/26/22. They had not delivered it to the carrier. I contacted them 12/3/22, they said they would put it in the following Monday (12/5/22). Still received no updates. I contacted 12/9/22, they said they mailed it past Monday. On 12/10 They replied "once it goes to USPS it's not really up to us but I believe we are going there today". Did it ship or didn't it? I don't know. Will give a few more days, but may have to chargeback if I do not see...
