"I am extremely upset and bothered by Surabaya's customer service. We purchased our dining room set and sideboard back in June, with the promise of both pieces arriving by mid-September, which did not happen. The table finally arrived in October. However, upon inspection, I was informed that the sideboard had also arrived. Despite my insistence that it wasn't the size I purchased, Stephan, who was assisting me, faced challenges in clarifying this with Paris. There were disagreements over the phone, leading to confusion.
After a series of delays and unmet promises, we were assured the items would arrive in November. Yet here we are on December 8, still without the correct sideboard. Despite being told we wouldn't have to pay shipping twice, that turned out to be untrue. Had I known, I wouldn't have agreed to the delivery of the dining table separately. Consequently, I haven't used the dining table due to waiting for the entire dining room set. Moreover, I am aware that my cousin made several purchases from your store, and when a similar issue arose, Surabaya covered the shipping costs for her. It appears, however, that not all customers are treated equally in these situations.
Due to Surabaya's poor communication, we're now forced to personally pick up the sideboard tomorrow morning. We've been loyal customers, but this experience has been disappointing. This will be the first and last time I make a purchase from Surabaya. I cannot recommend this store to others due to the unprofessional behavior of Paris, the lack of responsiveness when calling the store, and the contradictory instructions given regarding contacting her directly.

I followed up then and she gave me a story about Ramadan being in July and they did t work in Indonesia but assured me that is was enroute that it would be here end of August beginning of September. Just went to follow up on the arrival of the piece and now it’s not even in that shipment! I now have to wait till the end of November. The girl who works there is incredibly rude and not helpful and obviously makes up answers!!!! They offered to meet me at their store and when I got there I was greeted by they nicest young man named Juan and he was both informative and willing to show me other pieces as well as answer the million questions I had. Superb customer service from inquiry to delivery!
The piece I purchased is not only absolutely beautiful but of the outmost quality and uniqueness, which is VERY important to me and my husband. He was in love with it all!
