My last 24 hours have been a nightmare. After coming home from work to find that I had no service, that someone unauthorized cancelled my services. After spending nearly 3 hours on the phone with a person from India, Indonesia, Venezuela I finally got a supervisor that ended up hanging up on me and sending me to the billing department. I get to the 7711 Bird Rd AT&T office not realizing that they open at 9:00 AM. I go in, the door was open, it is now 8:51 I ask for a supervisor and she's more concern with kicking me out and making sure I'm outside the store, because they open at 9:00 AM. I tried to tell her really breef what's was happening, she wanted nothing to do with me. I walked out that door at 8:55. Only five minutes before they opend. Before I decided to wright a review I read all the other reviews before me and realized AT&T should take a closer look at the managing body for this particular store, there lies the problem.    Read moreOn April 30, 2025, I went into this AT&T store regarding my pain-in-the-neck bill. I was helped by a very nice young man named Brian. I had a very complicated bill in that my account was combined and older than Methuselah. Brian was quick to offer to help me. He helped me with my wireless portion and explained a lot to me (I am technologically inept). He told me everything I needed to know, but, unfortunately, he could not help with my bill because he did not have the proper access to it (not his fault). I can't express how much he DID help me in explaining everything and what I needed to do; he really tried. I needed to make the modifications from my own computer and he told he exactly how to do it; even offering to show me if I brought in my computer.    Read moreMy instore experience in store was great- both the associate and store manager did everthing possible to help and devoted almost 2 hours to my priblem, although they couldn't resolve due to ATT corporate protocol. My problem ,and want to share, is that UPS "lost" my new cell and ATT corporate makes you wait 7 days before you can file claim. UPS is well aware of the lost/ stolen phone situation and ATT took my tax payment and now jerking me around to get another phone with this delay when they know exactly what happened. Lots of posts complaining about UPS. Heads up: do NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE. Nightmare as you have to sign and in my case I first had 3 different delivery dates then disappeared from tracking system. Not happy ATT customer service by phone- total wait time with supervisors and loyalty dept @4 hrs. 1 1/2 hr while I was sitting in the store! So suggest...
