Twisted Sugar — Local services in South Ogden

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was so friendly but their chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was probably the worst I've ever had. It hardly had any chocolate chips in it and it tasted like old four. It was so bland. I have tried a couple of their other cookies but was also a little disappointed in the lack of flavor. They take a basic sugar cookie and put different flavored frostings on the cookie but it would be great if the cookie itself also had some flavor in it. For example, I got a lemon sugar cookie and was really hoping the cookie itself would have some lemon flavor but only the frosting did so it's a very slight flavor. I am a bit of a cookie snob because I love to bake and I make cookies often and these just weren't worth it...

I’m giving 2 stars because I do love their drinks but my husband and I just waited in line for probably 7 minutes in the drive thru and when it was finally our turn after watching the staff take everyone else’s orders, a girl came out and put a sign on the menu saying the drive thru is now closed. After we had been waiting, before they obviously closed. When my husband went in and asked if they really just closed without saying anything after taking everyone else’s order, the girl just said “yeah sorry we’re short staffed.” So my husband then told the other people behind us who had been waiting as well that they closed because the staff didn’t care to do so. UNREAL. We just ended up leaving. Absolutely horrible...

I am a bit of a cookie monster-and Twisted Sugar is AMAZING!!! I will say this location is a bit odd-the driveway is backwards, you have to order from the passenger side, drive around the roundy round,or just go in like I did...but the girls in there will finish their conversation and then come help you...not usually a problem with me, but when one looks around the equipment at you and they talk for another minute or so-then I have a problem! That sound on the door means someone walked in ladies! If the cookies were not amazing-at any and all the locations, I would be permanently upset! My absolute favorite is the good old frosted sugar, followed by the lemon and the lemon raspberry-but none...
