As a business, we unfortunately had a multitude of issues dealing with this particular Alphagraphics.
It seems the right hand wasn’t talking to the left during several of our orders, and in one instance the employee actually left town without transferring our job to anyone else to manage. We found their manager Todd to be condescending when dealing with the women who work for us, and generally not willing to do anything he considered to be going out of his way. When their employee left town without telling us or transferring our job, he refused to read through the emails I had already sent her with all the specifics regarding our order, and basically expected me to start from scratch with a new person. My time is valuable and while I understand not everyone loves their job, to take it out on the client isn’t fair.
We were very understanding about things being missed, such as envelopes not being included with an order of gift certificates, or the incorrect backing used on an order of labels, however finally voiced our concerns when the image quality had varied from one order to the next and was illegible. We agreed with them that it could be considered the fault of the designer, even though our prior order was made from the exact same file and was legible. We explained that we were working with a new designer and would be sure to double check the proofs, even on any reorders that would be using the exact same files as a previous order.
Because of our long standing commitment to supporting local business, we decided to give them another chance and do a repeat order of labels, knowing we would have to pay special attention to the proof and confirm all details of the order for each and every label. However, apparently this Alphagraphics does not subscribe to the belief system that clients are valuable, or is willing to accept any responsibility for any of its employees’ actions ever. We were informed by Todd that they had decided not to do business with us, because it “didn’t seem to go well” on our previous order. Or perhaps it’s because we are also a small business and our orders aren’t big. Who knows?
Either way, beware if you have any issue or complaint or simply want your concerns to be heard, because you won’t be treated well or like you matter as a client whatsoever. My family has a long standing relationship with Alphagraphics and it will be interesting to hear how their Corporate Offices respond to the way their name is being used at this location. It’s an absolute shame for a local business when so much can be ordered cheaper online. But as you have seen from other reviews they seem to have too much business to care about us...

Our experience began with a condescending front desk associate. We ordered professional scans of plots, and requested they be put onto a USB drive. Turns out the company only offers that using the customer's own drive. The order took 4 or 5 days, but was as though they wouldn't start until they got paid. The ticket turned out to be well over $500, and the scanned files hadn't even been sent via email because of lack of communication on the part of the employees. On the day I was to pick up the plots they didn't open the doors at 9--their opening hour--until they saw another gentleman try to open them at 9:05.
The overall reluctance to provide service efficiently, if at all, that isn't worth the price is only further soured by the condescending treatment of the customer.
Two stars because the bulk of the bare minimum of what we needed...
Read moreI have used the company in the past with some print to canvas orders. I came in requesting a print I had purchased to be transferred to canvas like my previous orders. The print was not copyrighted. It was a print that is produced all the time. I was rudely informed they would not do the work for me because of a copyright issue . Perhaps the manager could not understand what I was asking since I had the same work done in the past . I went to another graphic company and had no issues whatsoever since obviously it was not a copyright issue. Customer service was a joke. And I will not use them in the future. And I will pass the word on to anyone looking for graphics to not use this company. Apparently returning customer are of no...
