4/15/2022 update:Same thing. I have already notified corperate prior to my last update. This tells me corperate doesn't care that they are doing it either.

3/3/2022 update: Not only are they still doing this, but learned they are doing this to lie to corperate about their times, at expense of customer satisfaction.

I can't begin to explain the frustration with this location. They only let someone order when nobody is at the pick up window. They repeat your order over and over and ask if standard items on your order is still wanted, i.e. whip cream on a caramel brulee latte. They push food items on you. It takes forever yo get through the line because of all this. Absolutely hate...

This Starbucks takes more shortcuts than any other Starbucks I go to. They don't make their drinks correctly and have a cold and unfriendly attitude when you tell them to make the drink the right way. I came into location one evening and stood at the register for 3 minutes. I was the only one there, there were 2 girls behind the counter cleaning. They didn't acknowledge me or even say they would be right with me so I walked out. I'm not sure who the manager is here, but they don't seem to have a whole lot of integrity considering their employees and the poor lack of sevice and coffee quality. I have lived up the street from this Starbucks for almost 8 years and have never gone. I had family in from out of town who asked for coffee so I decided to run to Starbucks for everyone. It was about 8:45 - 9:00 AM and the line wasn't long however, the way the drive-through is set up, I was backed up into the main road in the turning lane. Luckily, there wasn't much traffic so waiting in line in the turning lane didn't cause an issue but I could certainly see that it could be an issue depending on how many people were out driving that area.
