Never again , this wasn’t my first time here but it sure will be my last time. I called on 12/14/24 and asked staff if it would be ok to book 18 slots (I was very specific in explaining my toddlers turning 3 and I want to bring family and that the website only allows booking in groups of 5 and was told to book multiple groups of 5 so I did) for date 12/21/2024 . During that same phone-call the staff explained that another group booked the same way on 12/14/2024. I booked my reservation for 18 people (all 18 slots were booked at once same name / same time) and little brain lab held my reservation for 7 days. No one called or emailed to inform that this way of booking was incorrect. When I arrived to little brain lab on 12/21. The staff informed me in a not so pleasant demeanor that “if we fill to capacity YOUR PEOPLE will be asked to leave” I asked what does that mean and she said 40 people. I explained that I called and asked if it was ok and I booked in advance and staff responded “well you didn’t speak to me and I don’t know who you spoke to but like I said if we fill to capacity of 40 people your party will have to leave“ I asked WHY WAS I ALLOWED TO BOOK 18 SLOTS IF I CAN NOT BRING 18 PEOPLE? WHY WASNT I NOTIFIED PRIOR TO ARRIVING? IF THE BUILDING CAPACITY IS 40 WHY DOES YOUR WEBSITE NOT CAP BOOKINGS AT 40 PEOPLE? HOW DONT YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING? and she was very nasty in saying “your party will have to come back at a later date if we fill up”. (If I can come back later with 18 people why can’t I just stay now?) Even though I called and was told it was ok for me to bring my 18 people and I paid for all 18 people. After threatening to have my group kicked out I offered to leave for a full refund and I was told “THE WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS NO REFUNDS”. So I have to leave and I don’t get a refund, even though I took the steps to verify before booking that this was ok. This experience was very unfair it stripped me from the energy of happiness with loved ones. I felt unheard and targeted. (as staff refused to give her name stating “for SAFETY PURPOSES my supervisor said don’t give my name” EVEN THOUGH HER NAME IS ON THE WEBSITE). Staff provided the bathroom key to other guests to to use the bathroom unassisted however, when anybody in my group went to the bathroom she had to chaperone us and when we said thank you for opening the door she intentionally looked away (on multiple occasions, I thought she didn’t hear me so I spoke a little louder and it was clear she was ignoring me). Honestly, I feel hurt. I spoke highly of this place and everybody was excited to be there and the whole experience was very traumatic. Even in writing this review I’m tearful they treated us like less than “YOUR PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE and FOR SAFETY PURPOSES I CANT GIVE MY NAME”. I’m a hospice nurse for crying out loud what do you think I intended to do you? It’s was very saddening and disgusting. Yes it was my 3 year olds birthday and no I did not book a formal party. We were having a sleepover that evening it was an activity before the party. I understand that a party may have been ideal. However I called to ask if it was ok...

The kids who ranged in age from 6 months to 4.5 years old had a blast - especially on the slides, ball pit, and trampoline - and didn't want to leave. The space is beautiful, clean, and was the perfect size and layout for our party. I especially appreciate how stress-free the party planning and hosting was. The Little Brain Lab team was incredibly responsive with any questions I emailed them in the lead up to the party and the ladies who staffed our party perfectly handled every detail from setup, food, and cleanup while also proactively aligning with us on things like timing and music preferences. Read moreBooked a play session for new years eve day - I had received a confirmation that I was booked only to arrive to it being a members only day with no staff on site. I tried calling with no response, so needed to leave with my little one crying as we couldnt play. I sent them an email and their response was "there was a schedule mix up", while they had reversed the charge, I never received an email or phone call that my play session was cancelled though they claim they "automatically sent one", I've checked my emails and still dont have anything. While this placed looked cool, I'd book elsewhere if a holiday to avoid disappointment...
