You workout in a sauna usually alone, set the temperature to what you desire and the virtual instructors lead the workouts. The instructors change every few weeks so the workouts are always new and changing. They have shorter 15 minute Workouts on row, cycle or blast and longer 45 minute workouts doing yoga, pilates, barrr none, buns, core. I donāt even think about going to the gym the only thing I need to think about is which workout Iām going to do which you sign up on the App and you can see if anyone else signed up with you.
