09/2024 Updated Review from 5* to 2*: Would be 1* if not because the worker (Angel) was nice unlike the manager (09/18/24 around 7:15pm)
THE STORE WILL NOT HONOR THE APP ORDER IF IT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE STORE SYSTEM!!!

I ordered about 10min before arriving at the store and the worker told me my app order did not show up for them so I showed him the order receipt. He told me he would make the order for me and asked me to drive up and park.
5min later, the manager came and asked to check again so I showed her the receipt email and the app. She told me it did not show up for them and told me I could cancel the order in the app at the bottom. So I told her there was no cancel order place on the app. Then she proceeded to tell me to contact the app customer service for a refund as they could not do anything. Then I asked her to wait but she told me let her go check the system again and she proceeded to go back inside the store.
I waited then went ahead to the store to order anyway because my family was asking for tenders. Then saw the manager inside the kitchen, looked to me she was never going to check the system nor ever going to come back out. Such a manipulative/lying manager.
Fortunately, the app customer service refunded me.
The foods have gotten worse for the past few months with longer wait, usually over 7mins.
WE, THE CUSTOMERS, NEED TO STOP EATING HERE SO THEY CAN EITHER IMPROVE OR CLOSE FOR A BETTER FOOD PLACE TO OPEN.
10/2023 Review: I live nearby so I came here when they opened.
The service was pretty bad back then, I bought a combo chicken sandwich which should have been less than $15 but got charged over $30 (did not get a receipt nor checked my phone for the card notification until I got home...). Items were missing and the foods were not as fresh. I was about to give up on going to this place but they have been improving since opening.
However, the last several times I came here, I have gotten the correct items. The lady who made my order took the time to verify that I got everything and even asked to make sure the cashier gave me my straw (10/31/23 at 6:25pm). Another time, the cashier brought me the food and when I asked about an item that I thought I ordered, he took the time to verify (it was during lunch time during a Friday).
The food could use some improvement and consistency, specifically the chicken and sweet tea...
Read moreUsually go to the one on Westfields Blvd but decided to give this on a try since it opened not too long ago and it has a drive thru. BIG MISTAKE! Tried to order on the app but when I chose this particular location it said that the order could not be processed, I tested it out and changed the location to the Westfields’ store and their system was working fine. So I decided to just drive there and order at their drive thru. It took about 35 minutes to sit in line at the drive thru on a Sunday at 3:05 PM. Ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches, 2 with no pickles or mayo, 1 with no pickles and the last regular. 1 side for each sandwich 2 fries, a Cajun Rice and a coleslaw. After I paid I sat at the window for about 5 minutes when one of their employees told me that it was taking longer for my order so did I mind moving forward a little so they could continue helping clients. Had no problem and moved forward. 15 minutes later a guy comes out with a mask not covering his nose and asks me, “What did I order?” I told home you have to be kidding me just give my money back. He gets annoyed and says how do you want me to get your order if you do not tell me what it is? BTW I was the ONLY car waiting for an order that did not get it at the window. He asked for my receipt and I tell him your cashier did not give a receipt and he HE is frustrated that I don’t have a receipt. He keeps asking for my order again and I ask him if he wants to write it down to remember and this annoys him even more so I just recite my order and he leaves. 10 minutes later he gives me a bag of food and says “sorry for the wait, I threw in an extra pie in the order. After ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES I just wanted to leave, got home and the 2 of the sandwiches were not made right, it looks like they used chicken tenders instead of the normal breast of chicken AND NO FRIES. Read moreMy recent visit to Popeyes was extremely disappointing, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the shift supervisor, Sandra. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait for my fried chicken sandwich, despite the customer in front of me having the same order and not having to wait at all. This blatant favoritism left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the African American employee taking orders through the drive-thru displayed rudeness when I asked about specials. His response was curt and dismissive, contributing to the overall unpleasant experience. Not to mention, his name tag was pinned inside out therefore creating an enviroment were customers are unable to properly complain due to not knowing his name. In addition, this same employee was not wearing gloves and continously pulled out his phone while handling drinks along with 3 other employees constantly on their phones while handling food.
Prior to being told to pull into a parking spot and wait, I requested two additional sauces. Sandra's demeanor turned sour, and she responded with noticeable attitude. Her lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction further highlighted the incompetence of the staff.
In conclusion, this visit to Popeyes was marred by the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From inconsistent wait times to rude and unhelpful staff, I strongly advise against visiting this location if you value quality service and respect...
