Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I have been a long time customer at this location, but tonight i ordered two pizzas, it is pouring and when it was delivered my doorbell was not rang and no one knocked. I only realized it was delivered when i went to the door for something else, and found soggy pizza. I called the store and explained the situation and they agreed to send another and I should get it in 20 minutes. An hour passes… still nothing. I call again, explaining the situation again, and I am informed that the second order was delivered… at the wrong house. I was not notified of this. I had to call to find this out. Naturally I want my food with a full refund as well because I have been waiting patiently for 2 hours now, and any restaurant with decent customer service would provide that, but they refused to do both. “One or the other, but we have made the food 3 times already” as if them messing up is my fault. Before in my life till date I never liked any pizza but on 18th September 2023 , I just thought to give try this place and to be honest, I had the best pizza of my life at that time. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about pizza from then has still not changed.They have a great toppings selections and great prices.You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store. Service is friendly , outstanding, great team work and you can see smile in every face worked there which make the environment more beautiful but but though with all these positive vibe, to be Honest I prefer the pizza made by staff name “SUDIP”( his made pizza have got extra taste) . Take out | Lunch | $100+ Yesterday The manager at the stone ridge vocelli pizza Store was no help in regard's to an incident that had occurred with their pizza in their parking lot. My son had gone in to pick up the pizza and as he had tried to open the car door, one of the flaps we’re not in so the pizza had slid out. My son was too nervous to walk in and talk to the store manager so he had asked me to do it instead. After explaining the event, the manager showed no insight and no solution was given. He said due to store policy nothing will be done, all I received was a “have a good day.” I then offered to bring in the whole pizza to show all the slices were still there. He still said the same thing. All I wanted was a replacement or refund, nothing more than what I had paid for. Worst experience ever.
