Highlights from September: Staff not showing up on time to open - 2 x's Out of stock on condiments (sugar packets) - 2 x's Out of stock of Blonde Roast - 2 x's No Blonde Roast brewed in morning - 3 x's Producing wrong roast and trying to sell it off as Blonde Roast - 3 x's!

Not sure what was poured in my cup this morning - but it was not coffee and was not Blonde Roast. It seriously tasted like the scrapings from a burned coffee pot had been mixed with hot water. Another shot of HOPING for improvement - resulting in disappointment!

Not sure how something so simple has turned into being such a hard endeavor. The makeover in store has done nothing for the level of accuracy, staffing, and ability to produce Starbucks quality beverages.

Complaining is a null solution via communication barriers. Save the aggravation and go to a real SBUX in South Riding. This place is an unmanaged mess.

I have been coming to this specific starbucks at the Harris teeter for over 4 years now a d if I decide to leave a review now it's because I have really tried to see change but it's not happening. Only 2 of the many staff here are efficient. The rest are very very slow. There should be more than 1 barista - this is a very busy location. Why just 1 batista? Also I am tired of eating cold snacks. Why is the warmer never working? It works for 3 days in a week, then gets bad for a long time, they manage to fix it for another 3 days and then it goes bad again. Is it too hard to get a new efficient warmer? The only reason I come here is due to the convenience - it is a stone throw from my home and I always shop at this Harris teeter store. Please improve the service at this...

As some have probably stated before, this Starbucks has a lot of problems. 1. The drinks are never made consistently. 2. Some employees seem apathetic and seem like they do not want to be there (no smiles, or warm welcomes). Today i waited 20 min for my drink and another customer also complained they waited for 20 min and the order was incorrect. I wish Starbucks would open a stand alone in this shopping plaza but this one will be in business because of supply and demand.
