Very very unprofessional place I came and sign in and ask how long will it take she said 10 mins Then I wait for about 15 mins A lady walk In and she takes her with out saying anything I assume she have an appointment I sat there for about 3 mins then I asked her how long more she said another 10 to 15 mins more?? I’m getting annoyed and told her if she know she have an appointment she could have told me to leave and come back and I’ll do that but she keep on making excuses then her customer start getting involved in our discussion We all went back and forth and she get the business phone and walk out caliing who knows who I left this business wants to get all the business they can get but don’t know how to schedule people time Time is money and she need to be more considerate toward their.customers and all about their pockets They’re awful and very dirty place not very...

During these times, Monika was very professional, for those concerned about getting their eyebrows done by her, she checks your temperature when you walk in, she wore two masks but also wore gloves. And she tied the thread around her neck to thread vs using her mouth! Talent!!!! She only takes one customer at a time inside! Extremely safe! And she did a fantastic job on my eyebrows.
