Jack in the Box — Restaurant in South San Francisco

CoVir19 update...takeout and no dining room service only ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Order taker was difficult and orders had to be repeated. We ordered mild popcorn chicken combo and got SPICY popcorn chicken. Coupons were barley accepted. Order taker didn't speak English and Spanish speaker. Joe Pesci said it best..."They screw you at the drive-thru." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Update exceptional service this time with our order. We ordered two jumbo jacks and forgot to mention no mayonnaise and ketchup. Server said order is already made up. I picked up our order and she asked them to remake our jumbo jacks without condiments. Kudos for exceptional service. Average service and good tasty burgers and fries. This jib has some management difficulties with their personnel and equipment. No towels or toilet paper in restroom, dispenser is out of Coca Cola, and other drinks, cashiers telling you to give them a paper coupon, when you received a online coupon on your phone...which the manager takes care of the issue but the cashier keep giving you dirty looks. Can and can not be a good experience. Update, for some reason, the last two visits, there were very sickly ragged homeless people at this JIB. The homeless tied up the restrooms and might/might not make a mess in the restroom. Police have appeared after we left. Obviously ill and sick homeless people loitering outside makes for a bad lunch environment. Other patrons notice them too. Food is still good and reasonable. San Francisco homeless are moving south into South City San Mateo County. We had planned to eat at JIB but opted to...

I'm seriously disappointed with my experience at this location. I drive up to place a small, basic order and the man sounds out of breath and annoyed. He sighs very loudly and obviously after each item I order (4 items total) and asks very rudely "anything else" after each item. It's as if I could hear him rolling his eyes and making it known to me that it was a nuisance that I was there and placing an order. I just backed up and left.

I've frequented this location although there is a Jack in the Box closer to my house. This location has always served fresher food and had better service. I was also very kind and patient with this location as it seems to be often busy. I was blown away by the crispiness of the taco shell in my previous order. It was perfectly fried and by far the best taco that I've ever had from the franchise in my entire life.

Well when we went in looked nice went to order employees were on their cell phone.looking and knowing that we were there they went behind the wall. Until I said hello is anyone coming.no one said anything all I heard was laughing.also their restroom was filthy no soap not paper towel looks like homeless people were using to bathe.and that was the men's room the women's was blocked with chairs and tape places in front. I asked a Hispanic male up front if he can get soap and towels to dry hands. Are the employees there not washing hands after using the restroom.also the chicken strips were over cooked and also the fries. I don't think I will ever visit that place again . Having employees smoking in front of the entrance.and having belongings on the tables like she lives there. It was the worst jackinthebox I...
