Starbucks — Restaurant in South San Francisco

Absolutely horrible experience, I went in earlier today with my mom and I had ordered two grande drinks and a venti. The barista had made a mistake with the size and made my venti as a grande and when I went to tell her she took my drink back, I don’t know if she realized I was watching her “remake” the drink. But all she did was take out the whip cream with a spoon that she then put on the counter, took the grande drink and poured it into a venti cup and just added a whole lot of milk until it filled up the venti cup. Then proceeded to take the whip cream that she had taken off the grande drink and put it on the “new” venti drink. Absolutely horrible experience never going...

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because Jess, Edel and the rest of the staffs there is super friendly and provide great customer service . If I have to list them all it’s going to be a long list . The whole staff there is so wonderful and kind. They really take the time to get to know their customers. I have no complaints except thank you for making my drinks right and such excellent customer service. I love the positive energy in there so they are the Starbucks A Team ! 🫶🏼❤️👍🙌👏. Great place for the Starbucks signature coffee and bagels with cream cheese. Especially liked the fact that the cream cheese packet was easily large enough to speread on two bagels. (The contrast in cream cheese content was stark with another Starbucks outlet that I visited where the quantity in the packet was half that of what I got here). Service was great and the staff very helpful. The rest room was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my visits...
