This store needs to learn how to train their customer assistance I've been to many Walgreens and never had a problem till now The girl told me that they don't do or have ever done when I'm about to say I wanted to use $4 off of my cash app card and then pay the rest of the difference in cash and split basically splitting it into two forms of payment she said oh no we don't do that your card doesn't accept it I'm like man you have to have one of the payments match what I'm trying to spend on the card which is only four bucks and then I was going to pay the difference in cash she literally didn't know how to do that or she just didn't want to do her job or she's unproperly trained with that being said avoid this place if you can if it's a must then you live in a neighborhood I hope everything goes good cuz they're obviously hiring a person that doesn't know what they're doing or they're not training them properly either way I understand why people refuse to go to the front register and just walk out the door with items me myself I'm not a thief so I don't do that but it would have been nice if someone would have trained her properly...
Read moreI had been here before when the system was down but the girl was trying to be very helpful so I was ok. Turned out to be all Walgreens were down.

When I asked, I was looked at like I was crazy and was told it was the right price. After further pushing it turned out they didn't have the dosage I needed and so I was being charged for 2 small doses. I was told they could order it but it would take 2 days.
It's 3 days later and the lovely young lady who attended me had no idea what I was talking about. If it was ACTUALLY ordered nobody was able to find it. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my prescription back to go somewhere else.
So disappointing on...

As a financially secure, 68 year old African American Woman, I found myself being followed around the store, by one of the store clerks, as if I were a criminal or suspected thief. Not that I need to justify myself, this seems to happen often, when I give no one reason to pause or be alarmed. If you see a person stealing, then it is understandable your concern, but I did nothing wrong, and paid for my items and left. But it's blatant treatment, such as this, which makes me not want to shop in my own...
