In general I like Paris Baguette chain a lot, which is why I left two stars. But this location is very lacking. The pastries aren’t baked correctly a lot of the time, so things that should be fluffy and crunchy like croissants or cronuts are dense and soggy but you won’t know until you bite into it. This is a problem even for the fresh baked pastries bought in the morning, so it’s not because of buying pastries that have been sitting all day.

Also cream filled items often have little if any cream at all. This is particularly annoying because a lot of items you can’t visually see the cream, and a customer is paying extra $$ for the cream. Today I bought the lemon croissant donut and when I got home to eat it, discovered there was no cream present except for three tiny drops the size of a dime in each ā€œfilledā€ spot. Ate the same lemon donut from the Hmart location two weeks ago and it was properly filled with cream, which is why I choose it again today because I enjoyed it so much from the other location. So ridiculous and what prompted me to finally leave a review, because this has happened multiple times already to my family, across different types of pastries.

I’ve also noticed at this location savory items can be baked a little too long and have overly brown/burnt edges, so I have to be choosy and pick a non-burnt one, whereas other locations I can just choose whatever is in the front of the case. I’ve been multiple times over the last few years to this location, and many times to the Paris Baguette chain in general, and these are all consistent issues at this particular location that don’t get better. Even though I live much closer to this location and it has a much bigger selection, when I have time I choose to drive to the location inside Hmart because they make the...

I had a very bad experience and an embarrassing situation that morning. (January, 29, 2022 9:10 a.m.) I approached the cashier for payment and the young tall man wearing black clothes said that I jumped in. The situation is that I did not find any queue at that moment.Ā  I and another customer both approached the cashier for payment at the same time. I put the tray to the cashier and the tall black clothingĀ  staff said that the other was earlier than me. I replied it did not matter. I let him pay before me. The odd thing is that the other counter also opened at the same time as the queue was found. I was not asked to go to that counter for payment and let the other customers behind me pay for the stuff. I was very embarrassed. I did not know what his rank was in the Baguette as no tag was sticking to his shirt. To solve my embarrassment he needed to tell me to another counter to pay my order. I need to express my experience of Paris Baguette as I am a royal customer to Paris Baguette. I often recommendĀ  the Baguette to my friends. I also have friends who gather atĀ  Baguette. Being a shop owner,Ā  I discuss my experience with my staff and bring my case to the staff brainstorming for alerting in that way which is very bad to the customer services and reputation...

I've always come here to buy bday cake from friends and families. Their cake are pretty good. The workers here are usually pretty helpful. But they never smile and I've always wonder why. This one time I bought cake and the cashier was a Korean man. I think he's the boss. Super unhelpful and rude. He just took my money and wait for me to leave. I ask for candles and cutting tool, he gave it to me reluctantly. When I ask for the chocolate "Happy Birthday" sign, he just said they don't have any and told me to leave. I point at the draw where they usually store the sign and ask him if he has any in their draw. He didn't even bother to look and said no.

I don't know what's up with Korean servicers but they are always rude. Be it Korean restaurant or this place. Egos and rudeness every time.

I really want to give this place a 1 star but since their cake are pretty good I will give them 2 stars. If their food is trash it's...

Paris Baguette offers a pleasant bakery experience with a variety of delicious pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a nice spot for a coffee break or a quick bite. The coffee is well-brewed and pairs nicely with the pastries. While the staff are generally friendly and helpful, there have been occasional reports of slow service during busy times. Additionally, some customers feel that the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. Overall, Paris Baguette is a good choice for those in the area looking for tasty treats and a comfortable atmosphere. With a few improvements in service speed and pricing, it could be an even better experience.

Finally I can enjoy my morning croissant inside my favorite Cafe/bakery 😊🌷The set up inside was not as nice like before due to Covid but too many big fat furnitures I miss my small and simple individual table. The selection in the bakery is still minimized so the place can survive Covid time but my croissant is as good as always. Smooth taste of almond paste, crunchy and soft, perfectly sweetened, friends, you should all enjoy this. I prefer Paris Baguette’s almond croissant to the one at Tartine in the Mission. I save the 5th start for a nicer decor and greater bakery selection in the near future.
