I asked if they had anything gluten free (due to the fact that I have Celiac, and get violently ill when I have gluten) and the two workers shared this amused look and gave some vague answer about how maybe the black coffee didnāt have gluten, despite the fact that they donāt sell plain black coffee. I ended up not trusting them, and ordering nothing.
Not just that, but they made my sisterās tea so hot and so filled to the brim of the cup, that when someone tried to edge around her in the ridiculously small space of the shop, it still spilled and burned her hand so badly that we had to get a cup of ice for the burn.
They also gave my friend a drink that was something completely different than what she ordered (But at this point we didnāt care and just wanted to sit down), also too hot and filled too high. Iām not sure why they donāt just put lids on them, as they have them behind the counter to give upon asking. They also put mint leaves in their drinks to look fancy, which apparently ruined the flavor of both drinks even after taking the leaves out.
Iām giving two stars instead of one only because my sister says her tea wasnāt that bad after she got used to it, but needless to say, none of us will...

First off, the gentleman directing customers to their drinks on 1/10/21 around noon offered really good customer service. I waited 35 minutes for two teas and when I got back to my car and sipped mine, it was watered down oatmilk with no tea. I was a little peeved and I showed back up and I told him "hey I don't mean to be rude but this is terrible" and he apologized and told me they'd remake it right away and to trash the original. He produced a much improved tea and even refunded me + he was incredibly positive and genuine about the whole thing. Whoever that guy was, he did turn the situation into...
