Dr. Agnew was great! This was my first visit and overall it was pleasant. Dr. Agnew was friendly, welcoming, informative, personable and fast. But not too fast where you’re left feeling unheard like a lot of doctors. She was very thorough and I felt like all my questions were answered at my visit! Thank You! The only downside to my experience here was the lady who checked me in and took me back to the exam room. She was rude and condescending when referring to my being pregnant. She said that it was a “covid baby” because everyone was “bored and had nothing else to do” ... the nerve! That was not a very professional statement to make, especially for someone who’s supposed to be a medical professional. Luckily I was in a very good mood and only politely corrected her. Our baby was planned and has nothing to do with covid whatsoever. Thankfully everyone else I came in contact with on my visit was pleasant, she nearly ruined...

The worst experience ever. My appointment was at 845 am...I arrived at 840am. I accidentally brought wrong insurance card and had to call and get info. I asked receptionist if she was calling or me and she stated me. I called and got info but she said it was showing in active and I had to call bcbs again and was able to confirm it was in fact active. So we finally got insurance verified only for them to say that I missed my appointment and needed to reschedule my appointment. I have had several appointments at other doctors when the receptionist called to verify insurance. I was livid because I had been having stomach pains since Sunday. My appointment was Wednesday so I had already waited 2 days and didn’t have another off day to reschedule. No one apologize or anything. My mom is 99 years no mobility I am 76 years old and I care for her we had an appointment for 12/30/2024 I was send a conformation through the phone which replied Y for Yes. On Monday after getting someone to help me get her there in and out of the car (she does not walk) I was told our appointment had been cancel by what ever you call the person sitting at the desk, someone should have called us to cancel the appointment more than likely the one sitting at the desk was suppose to do it. She just casually says "Oh it was cancelled" ...won't be going...
