My mother passed on 9/11/25

She was diagnosed with stage four cancer August 1,2025 . My mom was a patient of Dr Jain for over 20 years.

When she was hospitalized and diagnosed, she made a personal phone call to the office to tell them she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. After my mom told the head nurse who has also worked there for over 20 yrs. She didn’t give a kind word, she didn’t say oh I’m sorry to hear that, she didn’t say I’ll let the doctor know. She said ok well call us when you get out the hospital.

That hurt my mom to the core. It hurt me because it hurt my mom. She was sick, scared, vulnerable, and looking for a kind word from her primary physician and his staff. Instead, she was met with no compassion at all, but it’s ok. Her doctor or his staff never called nor stopped by to even pretend to care!

I want you to know that God is watching! My mother was a very loved, holy, Holy Ghost filled, prayer warrior, and woman of God. The Bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. God will deal with you all in Jesus name! God said in his word vengeance is mine; I will repay!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for close to 20 years. I always thought that I was well taken care of. The past few years I overlooked a lot of the things I thought set this doctor’s office apart from the rest. But things started getting worse and voicing your concerns does not make a difference. Aside from all that for the very doctor whom I valued his opinion on all my overall health to call me and tell me one thing to only deny telling me that once I got to the office was the very last straw. I went and had an ultrasound done on my throat as he recommended came back to get the results. Waited for over an hour in a full waiting room when no one is being called to the back. I left after voicing my opinion and he called me himself and told me on my next appointment he will pull me to discuss my result further. I caught Covid missed that appointment made another for him to say he never told me anything like that. Well don’t worry I will find another Doctor. Something I know he won’t care...

My 89 year old Dad had an appointment with Dr Jain and we waited for 3 hours and 45 minutes. His blood pressure was so low the nurse could not even get it with a blood pressure cup, she had to get the blood pressure machine. Not once did the nurses apologize to use for bring behind schedule, instead they were so rude even the office manager was rude to me when I ask how much longer did she think it would be.
