I have been a patient of Dr. Mary Missack since I was in my late 20's, she has always been attentive and caring no matter what the circumstance. My family has even suffered several loss's in one year and she was so empathetic and took the time to check on each of us individually. I also went through a stressful divorce and she made sure I stayed mentally and physically healthy, these are some of the reasons it pains me to have to research for a new physician because her staff is cruel and unempathetic towards anything but the payment. I had an issue were my insurance company had not been paying my copays and it took 3 months to get it resolved but I won my case and the office was paid in full. Afterwards. I had to go for a follow up and rcvd a new copay $75.00, shortly afterwards I was in a terrible car accident and the hospital instructed me to follow up with my doctor, I was given an appt but was called back for pymnt and when I stated i could not pay now i was told the appt canceled Read Less Submitted...
