WOW! Where do I start. TechAnywhere has been assisting me for well over 15 years. I started off when I was in college with TechAnywhere assisting me. This company knows what they are doing. I have had EARLY MORNING OR LATE LATE NIGHT COMPUTER CRASHES/FREEZING (ALWAYS AVAILABLE - 7 Days A Week), to TechAnywhere making house visits, functions not working, to dropping laptops, my son wanting to start an invention to try to head to Silicon Valley, buying a new in the box MSI Gaming Laptop from TechAnywhere (I LOVE THIS MSI Gaming Laptop, I NEED ME ONE, LOL), keeping all my software systems safe, always updating my Microsoft software, keeping my computers safe from "ALL VIRUSES" (SO SO GRATEFUL), etc. Rusty at TechAnywhere has been beyond the "Best" reasonable priced tech company I have found. We, at Wright Paving Contractors, Inc., met Rusty about 6 years ago. He installed a new network for us and set up all new computers and since that time, he has handled all of our IT work remotely. We are in southern middle Tennessee and he is in Memphis and anytime we call with a problem, whether it has been a virus, trouble with software or whether we need new hardware/software, he has handled every challenge that we have had. This review is long overdue. Firstly, I would like to thank Tech Anywhere and Mr. Rusty. To anyone who is experiencing technical difficulties, I wholeheartedly recommend you give Tech Anywhere a call. At the time, I just had built my first gaming pc. I was able to get the pc components working; however, I was experiencing trouble with booting up Windows. Beyond frustrated and confused on how to resolve my computer issue, I reach out to a close friend of mine for a tech recommendation. I contacted Mr. Rusty the following day and he was able to fit me in the same day. Mr. Rusty was very courteous and patient. He thoroughly examined my pc and explained the reason of my technical problems.
