Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Southaven

Its been awhile since I ordered from here but thought I would give it another shot. From the completion of my order online to delivery it was one hour. I ordered a stuffed crust ham & extra pineapple pizza. I received a chicken and jalapeño stuffed crust pizza. I tried to catch the driver before he left, unsuccessfully.

I called to request my original order be delivered. A young kid answered, He gave the phone to a young girl who asked me to hold on and laid the phone down.

It sounded like there were a bunch of teenagers in there and no one had a clue what was going on. From the pieces of conversation I picked up on, it armed there were multiple orders delivered incorrectly. After waiting almost 10 minutes and loudly saying "hello" into the receiver, I hung up and called back.

The same young man answered the phone and asked if I could hold. I stayed i had already been on hold and needed to know when my ordered would be delivered. He said hold on, talked to another person and stated another one would be delivered.

I waited an hour, still no pizza. I called and spoke with the manager Michael, explained the above and asked for my money back.

Guess it will be awhile before I attempt ordering...

Horrible customer service!!and a horrible location do not eat here. The manager Carlito is very ghetto and unprofessional his hygiene says it all too need to brush your hair son so are those ratchets that work there walking around in those ghetto a $$ leggings just talking and not doing their job it's no wonder the wait time is so long. After waiting 3 hours and calling multiple times of them not picking up we went up there for a refund and the ghetto manager refused to give us one and told us to leave like wth? Clearly ghetyo management also refused the lady in front of us who complained about them and she walked out he got such a bad & funky attitude with us but I wasnt going for it. He also tells us that it isn't his job to answer the phone and he wont ever and that us calling corporate doesn't matter cause he owns them and they work for him lol yeh right making minimum wage no sir they own your black a $$ we called and called with no answer, called the call center only to be hung up on three times as well! Pizza hur employs anyone Carlito is the manager for 3026 Goodman Rd Southaven MS. Carlito is not management qualified!!! And...

Ordered two pizzas and a 2 liter for dinner. One veggie and one meat lovers. It took about an hour to get the food. The first driver was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately we were delivered one cheese and a very skimpy meat lovers. My wife called to advise them of the mistake and see if we could get a veggie delivered. They were hard to reach over the phone but offered to send the correct pizza out. Took another hour for it to arrive. The second driver was a complete yahoo. He told my wife it would be $16.99 for the pizza he was delivering. He knew that it was a remake. It was on the box. Guess he thought she didn't know any better and he would pocket the money. She explained what was going on and he handed her the pizza knowing good and well what he was trying to do. Then stood there like he was getting a tip for that non sense. We tipped the first driver very well. GTFOH with that. Will not order from Pizza Hut again. Overall Domino's and Papa Johns are much better...
